Get your user account «ZUGLOGIN» in 4 steps

For natural persons, who are taxable in canton of Zug


  • Please fill in the fields with your personal data and click "Download application form".
  • Check the address details on the application form:
    • If the address details are correct, print out the application form.
    • If the address details are incorrect, notify your registration office about any changes immediately. Do not print out the application form until it has been corrected by the municipality of residence.
  • Sign the application and send it by post to the address printed on the form.
  • We will then send you the customer number and password in two separate letters by post.
  • As soon as you have received the password by registered mail, you can use your user account “ZUGLOGIN”.
  • The entire process takes approx. 4 to 8 working days
